He's black...well at least halfrican, it's ok to do that.
Yes, that's what blacks claim, but when n1gger is used over & over again in every other hip hop video, movie, and on the street, its bound to be used by others, and its nobody's fault but the n1ggers themselves. I have a lot of black friends, but don't consider any of them n1ggers, the thugs in many music videos and elsewhere are another story.Y2K wrote:He's black...well at least halfrican, it's ok to do that.
To reiterate my point, by the early 1900s, n1gger had negative connotations in the United States. In its stead, the term "colored" became the mainstream alternative to negro and its derived terms. After the African-American Civil rights movement, the terms colored and negro gave way to "black". During the American Civil Rights movement of the 1950s and 1960s, some African-American leaders in the United States, notably Malcolm X, objected to the word Negro because they associated it with the long history of slavery, segregation, and discrimination that treated African Americans as second class citizens, or worse. Malcolm X preferred Black to Negro, but later gradually abandoned that as well for Afro-American....Joe in PB wrote:Yes, that's what blacks claim, but when n1gger is used over & over again in every other hip hop video, movie, and on the street, its bound to be used by others, and its nobody's fault but the n1ggers themselves. You lived through Nixon's Southern Strategy. You saw Ronnie Raygun launch his campaign in Mississippi. You saw all the southern racist dems defect to the GOP. You know exactly what I'm talking about.Wolfman wrote:the GOP has picked up the old Jim Crow Democrat mantle.
Explain how so.
Answer: Go fuck yourself. Again, hard to believe you were ever put in charge of educating children of our great nation.Wolfman wrote: Question" what political party was most responsible for slavery, segregation, and Jim Crow? It does not begin with the letter R.
Oh, so Republicans are the only ones seeking to obtain political capital by exploiting racial tensions and division? Are you sure you want to go with that take?BSmack wrote:Which makes it all the more shameful that the GOP has picked up the old Jim Crow Democrat mantle.Wolfman wrote:Please explain the NAACP. You sound like a fucking 12 year old. "OH YEAH, well YOU started it."Wolfman wrote:That's Jim Crow? Yes, those were great times when I was put in charge of educating the youth of America. I feel bad that you failed SM. Maybe there's still a chance for you to take some remedial classes. They begin in the fall.
