No doubt Smackie is who causes all the commotion at the Navy Yard.
Outside, a uniformed witness told Fox News that he and a colleague heard someone yell, "get out of the building, stay away from the cafeteria." Drawing on "lessons learned from last time," he said, "we got in the office, shut the door, locked it, and that was it until the police arrived to escort us out."
Somebody prolly dropped a cafeteria tray full of food on the floor. Somebody else heard it hit the floor, panicked, and that was all it took to shut down the entire facility.DC police source tells me initial investigation indicates no shots were fired at #NavyYard - possible a loud noise frightened employee.

Someone may wanna check into that, since I'm 2 for 2 now. As you may recall, I was ready to walk out the door & head to work in Bldg 197 on 9/16/13, when I decided at the last minute to work from home that fateful day instead. Yesterday, I told my boss that I may come in for a few hours today, but that I'd be leaving early. He told me not to bother coming in seein's how my shit is all squared away & stuff. So I wasn't on the Yard today either when the shit hit the fan, false alarm though it now appears to be.
