Very nice: woman falsely accuses reporter of assaulting someone during a meeting, makes a huge scene to get him thrown out of meeting so they can have an (illegal) closed sessions. Cop obviously assaults reporter, justifiably gets his ass kicked, and like the genius he is DISCHARGES his weapon in a room full of people.

Gotta love the wanna be hard ass, shitstirring cunt in the middle of this, trying to get over on this dude because she wants to close the meeting. Cunts who falsely accuse people of assault deserve to rot in hell.

Rack this guy, a Marine and 30 year corrections officer (NOW I LOVE HIM, SINCERELY, DIEGO) standing up for himself and taxpayers.

As far as I could tell, the "security staff" did not identify himself or show credentials.
He just came up and acted as if he was within his rights to start taking the dude's property.

At that point, it might have within reason for Mr. Skidmore to try to defend his property by punching the guy, who did not identify himself.

Open meetings should be mandatory for anyone that has access to public funds, including HOA and similar.

That said this "reporter" got exactly what he wanted which was a confrontation that escalated quickly. Said "reporter" also went ape shit and totally lost it.

"Security guard" should be fired for his actions as well.

The asshole probably shouldn't have walked over there with his camera and touched the woman, but, it wasn't the end of the world and surely not any sort of attack. She should have just asked asshole to go back and sit down. wait....he already had. By the time Barney Fife walks in there was no need to do anything. He should have stood down, or at least calmly asked dipshit to leave.

Would like to know more about the history of this guy. Has he been disruptive in the past. Town government hacks, along with county/state/fed hacks really do need to be reminded that they work for us. That stupid cunt should be relieved of her duties.

In Ohio, and most other states I suspect, you do not have a right to attack someone who is in the act of taking your property if your property and the thief are outside of your home. You do have a right to use force against someone that is sufficient to defend yourself or another person who is attacking your person or another's person. But when someone takes your property by force, you must call law enforcement and file a complaint and then law enforcement can carry out its role, which is to locate and arrest the thief, and bring the thief to the court for the administration of justice according to the due process of law.

Even in a state as fucked up as Ohio, I suspect you have the right to defend yourself against somebody taking your property off of your person by physical force.

What are you talking about?
