tart, your services are required

Post by MgoBlue-LightSpecial »

My pops took this photo off the deck of his cabin up in Canaduh. He said the cross was a reflection from the clouds.

Is this a sign from the Head Honcho...and what do you think it means???

My theory: He is sending a message to Goobs and the rest of his ilk that Wisconsin, is in fact, NOT God's Country, but rather, Southern Ontario is.

It's a sign that one should give all their money to Pastor Richards.

I had a really hot boyfriend when I was 18. He saw crosses in lots of everyday things. It wasn't long before his flat out lame and disgustedness outweighed his hotness.........

It's kind of a nice picture.
That's it.

Hebrews 1:1-2
God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds.

God spoke by the prophets, and it is recorded as the Old Testament.
Then He spoke by Jesus Christ, and it is recorded in the New Testament.

Whatever God has to tell us is recorded in the Bible.

Jsc wrote:So when people say that they spoke to God and He told them to do something (for example), then you will agree that they are full of shit, right?
In many, many (or perhaps most) cases, yes, they are full of shit, imo.

What you (and Mgo) pointed out is true.

There are various reasons why people are full of shit this way, and it all stems from disbelief that God's Word is enough and... final.

God answers prayers of believers, absolutely.
The answers believers receive are never in contradiction to what is in His Word.
The answers come through the Word.

And btw, Jesus Christ IS the Word.

Again, why the need to define a disagreement in your terms? You might believe it to be fiction as might many others, does that make it so? If you answer is yes, then prove it 100% and there is no longer a disagreement.

The burden of proof is on the Christers, not the other way around. They are the ones making the claim that a magical bearded man in the sky makes the world go 'round despite zero proof to date.

I could give a shit if there is or is not a god. If there is he his not worthy of worship because he's obviously malevolent. If there is no god, Poptart is just a loon wasting his time. Either way, fucked if I care.

So indifference to suffering when this "being" is allegedly capable of ending it isn't malevolent?

We left God. Romans 3:23.
You left God.

The negative results that come from that are rightful.

God provided us a way out of our suffering.

Jesus came in COMPLETE fulfillment of Old Testament promises and prophecies.
The fulfillment is phenomenal, overwhelming and evident to anyone who opens eyes and just looks at it.
Yet people somehow choose to deny this has happened.

Has anybody figured out that picture is a projection through a window pane or door directly behind the camera angle yet? Notice the borders around the window or door pane yet? Hell, even the Weather Channel had a show this past week on reverse images seen in clouds that freaked out people even more. Idiots climbing mountains with the Sun lower and behind made it look like Jesus was in the clouds. Same thing here only the Sun was higher and behind the picture taker. :meds:

And be careful with this shit as you drift into weekend.
