To put it succinctly here is what the changes amount to:
-9 game conference schedule
-Must schedule at least one "Power 5" school in the non-conference
-No scheduling of FCS schools allowed
It's about damn time. Now, I look forward to the SEC following suit.

A definite step in the right direction, though I don't like an odd number of conference games.

We don't like having an odd number of conference games either. Therefore, we should probably reduce it from 8 to 7.

Pretty funny, coming from the conference that's notorious for ducking good teams, and cancelling when they do actually schedule one.

If so, they probably need to start cheating like USC has been cheating all along.

Would that work with you, vis-à-vis T1B? We could probably get some kind of crowdsourcing thing started.

Pretty much. I would agree that USC set the standard in proper scheduling. The B1G is not setting some new precedent here, but it's a move that needed to be made. Hence "it's about damn time."

Props the B1G.
