I was just wondering the same thing. Foxnews was just talking about the shootings there. They said, "michael brown, who was shoot and killed by police officer darren wilson". No mention of the fact that he was attacking a cop.

And while Wilson says (in the next part of the above quote) that he was in fear of Brown because of the assault at the SUV it's not relevant because there is no evidence to back up Wilson's statement. Just another roided badge monkey without a body can. Fuck him. He is a POS.

One more time for the dumb people.
There is a difference between assaulting and going to assault. And the actual assault at the car was over and therefore of little to no relevance. I know I said no revevance but that was hyperbole.

Yes, that would be the difference between 1st and 3rd degree assault. In any event, that shitskinned dumbfuck committed two violent crimes in less than ten minutes and was killed in the middle of his spree. Ferguson is a better and safer place with him in the dirt.
