I would imagine he has some sort of personal accountability statement in the team rules as well. There would then be consequences for something like this if it were a player. So unless there is some sort of punishment handed out he is a hypocrite.

I was there, haden is a dumbass. People were handing Sarkisian drink after drink and he got on stage and said "Let's fucking fight on this season" and the place erupted. What do they expect a coach to say when they are handing him drinks all night
