what's wrong with the internet?

I talked to 3 friends in 3 different states today and we all have the same cyber problems going on. Slower than snail snot for starter's. Google Chrome and yahoo have been putting up error pages more often than the pages you expect to see and even IE sux horse cocks. I did a speed test and it was ridiculous. 5mins to upload 1mb and downloading just as bad. I haven't been able to listen to any youtubes without a bunch of stop and go's every few seconds. WTF!!!
so what's wrong?
A> sun spots

C> Russia
D> FNC
E> Trump
F> ISIS
