I'll second your list, except swap the SEC and the B12.
The bottom half of the B1G seems to have improved quite a bit over previous years.
The PAC South is a solid division, the North is home to 3 bottomfeeders.
The SEC still refuses to play anybody, so it's hard to gauge. Seems like LSU, Ole Piss, MSU, and UGA might be for real, jury's still out on Bama.
I've got an odd feeling that OU might run away with thew B12.
The ACC... is still the ACC. Same 2-horse race every year. The Mountain West may be better than the ACC.
