80's buttrockers -- a little help?

Please don't ask how, but recently I was reminded of a mid 80's(???) buttrock tune by a band whose name I can't remember. I don't think they ever did much else.

Chorus to their one hit(I think?) went something like --

If she never comes back it will be too soon
I'm doing fine, just me and the man in the moon

It was pretty catchy for that era and genre. Figured one of you with an elephant's memory might remember, or have that relic in your collection, but I'm not holding my breath, since Google can't come up with it, either.

Once I finally broke down and asked you tards, I figured it out --

It was The Scream, Man in the Moon. Kinda folksy for buttrock.

Don't get me wrong.....it's good for 80's corporate buttrock.....maybe not "good" overall. I think some of the younger folk don't realize what we endured in the 80's. Not sure where the Scream was from, but they have the prototypical Los Angeles hair band sound, that was fresh for about a month somewhere along the way.
