Here's a sample
The PTO has registered hundreds if not thousands of marks that the Team believes are racist, or misogynistic, vulgar, or otherwise offensive. By way of example only, the following marks are registered today: TAKE YO PANTIES OFF clothing; DANGEROUS NEGRO shirts; SLUTSSEEKER dating services; DAGO SWAGG clothing; DUMB BLONDE beer; TWATTY GIRL cartoons; BAKED BY A NEGRO bakery goods; BIG TITTY BLEND coffee; RETARDIPEDIA website; MIDGET-MAN condoms and inflatable sex dolls; and JIZZ underwear. These are not isolated instances. The government routinely registers pornographers’ marks: TEENSDOPORN.COM, MILFSDOPORN.COM, THUG PORN, GHETTO BOOTY, and BOUND GANGBANGS are but a few.

Further the Redskins have to be loving all this talk as it keeps their name at the forefront when it otherwise wouldn't be.

How is it the Cleveland Injuns have escaped the hyper PC police? Their name is considered derogatory by some and their emblem could definitely be viewed as derogatory, unlike the redskins which is quite dignified, IMO.
And their defense, while hilarious, is spot on.

the deadskins are one of the worst teams in the NFL.....pretty much the equivalent of a bye week when teams have to play them....the last thing they want is to have their names at the forefront for all the wrong reasons.....

Indians is not a derogatory term, that's what they are....Indians
I work for the Departement of the Interior, Office of the Special Trustee for American
Indians.....my office is located on the Fort Hall
Indian Reservation.....as far as the logo goes, yeah it's pretty offensive to Indians......

just for your information, the vast majority of upper management people with the BIA all have indian heritiage.....why would they create a logo that offends themselves?

Talking about hillarious defenses, I watched a bit of the deadskins/pats today. Tom really should have hung fity on them. Hell, seems like he hangs close to 50 even on decent defenses.
