Obama administration has been pushing this year for Congress to take up legislation that authorizes the U.S. to formally fight ISIS, but lawmakers have been skeptical.
Why would he need that if he has the authority under the 2001 authorization? Critical thinking fail.
Lawmakers are skeptical so he just said, "Fuck it," and did it anyway. As I said, wiping his ass with the Constitution.

I'm still trying to figure out what makes Assad any worse than the other Arab shitstain dictators? From what I know, he is actually friendly with his Christian subjects....so long as they aren't actively trying to depose him. Every last dictatorship in the area, which basically means everyone other than the Jews, will drop the hammer on anything remotely resembling protest of the gubmint.

Far as I can tell, he was the only despot willing and able to keep his jihadist Islamic terrorists on a short leash.
Until certain hand wringers starting interfering with what was essentially a sovereign matter confined to Syria. So what if he used any and all means necessary? They probably had it coming. Now it's 10 times worse and spread all over.
Obama should just punt, hand the entire clusterfuck over to Vlad and the Russians and quit hand wringing.

They're both gone and their countries have gone completely to shit. Barry owns the Libya mess, lock stock and barrel. Iraq he inherited with the potential to maybe oversee it eventually becoming a functional democracy and ally, some time down the road. Instead it is the centerpiece to a middle-east in shambles.
But, at least we don't have boots on the ground....well, didn't anyway.

Yea, because Germany is obviously bankrupt. I don't agree with everything Sanders is saying. For example, his college education proposal needs to come with academic standards for the prospective students who would get a free ride. But to dismiss Sanders as a fantasy candidate when poll after poll shows he matches up better than Hillary against the GOP field reeks of of a stale MSM meme.
