anyone else her know what this is?

I was playing a card game on my computer this morning. It is a game I learned to play in college at the U of Maine a long time ago. Who else here knows what it is and its significance. I have never had this or had it happen to me like EVER. I'm not sure of what the odds are, but they must be pretty high against it happening.

I used to play Cribbage with my grandma back in the 70s. Thanks for the flashback.
