his wife dumped him.
"Jim Mora wasn't at some of UCLA's summer camps this week. He had a good reason. FOX Sports has learned that the Bruins coach is in the process of getting a divorce from his wife, Shannon. The couple have been together for roughly 35 years."

i laughed. there's probably some kind of semi-lame Mark Mangino reset/joke here....i'd give MM a 2nd chance...the radioactivity has to be off him by now. he won the BCS Orange Bowl at Kansas. in football, Kansas. Orange Bowl. New Year's Day.

Mora is a shitty coach. Nothing more, nothing less. And our sow of an AD put contract buyouts through the roof. ucla fucked.

the seer vs. ucla coaches has been one of the enduring contests of the rome board.
"coach" steve lavin...all the way back. rick neuheisel. ucla must have some really entrenched admin flunkees. AD makes repeatedly bad hires. they are a disease on a university....Colorado has some of those people. drive Saabs, ski on fridays, good parking places, well-tanned, good hair, big staff. work about 4 hours a week. make 120k a year while faculty salaries are half that.

Right about now, Seer is probably longing for the halcyon days of Nick Aliotti as DC... then again, Ducksfan longs for those days, as well.
