This administration? "THIS" administration is going to bail out your previous administration and the fuckups they cause during the ridiculous ramp up.
Your mouth-frothing hatred for this administration is really amazing.

You are one stupid moron, aren't you!
Thank God Trump will come along and fix the destruction caused by 8 years of a Kenyan Monkey in the White House. And I'm all in favor of a culture war, it's time to purge communists, anarchists and libtards!

Did Hitary or George Sorso pay you to say that????
The fact of the matter is that most Americans don't trust Hitlery and most Americans think DC is a swamp that needs to be drained.
I was one of the people that a poll called and I didn't want to tell them I am voting for TRUMP.
You are in for a big surprise.....DES VULT...mvscal!

Obama is not the problem.
The onus on paying back overpayments should be on those who made the offer, not thise who received them. Yes, it is the law to pay back overpayments. This is the wrong way to handle it.
So Hillbots, what's Clinton's response?

Relax, Pickle bro. You work with hot Rissian bitches, and they don't. Scoreboard you. You get to talk to interesting people all day. They're in Canada.
The real enemy is why the feds decided now would be the best time to try to recoup those overpayments. Who benefits, who doesn't politically?
Why now? The government is slow. How long has this been in the pipe? 2010 per the article? How long have the appeals been in the pipeline?
Timing is suspect. Why make national news now?

This admin has had no problem using the executive order and other pen strokes to change or invalidate existing laws. The lack of action here is quite telling and has zero to due with any previous administrations.

Again, THIS administration is going to work to ensure these servicemen keep their bonuses. These types of administration oversights happen. DoD tried to do this to a bunch of bomb squad guys in the last six months and they ended up ensuring they keep their bonuses.

So are you just making that up or hoping like hell? The fact that individuals have had to refinance their homes to pay this back says This Administration isn't doing much if anything.

I'm sure they'll be taken care of. Again, I'm sure this "administration" doesn't want to be the one known for screwing these service members, right?

This Administration has a long record of screwing people,( see Bengazhi for starters) why would a few National Guard soldiers cause that to change?

May you burn in Hell for insulting our brave National Guard volunteers.
Or at least be forced to read every Pikkkle and IB post, and every KCScrote C&P multiple times before breakfast.

Funny, the original fraud happened during Bush II's fiasco of a second term. The National Guard informed the Republican Congress of the problem two years ago, and nothing was done.
But somehow it's Obama's and the Democrats' fault.
Seriously, you and Scrote should get together for a nice lift and steam session. You'd probably get along famously.

California wastes 27 billion dollars of California tax payer money every single year on illegal immigrants, take the money out of there if the national guard needs money
It was the recruiters that perpetrated the fraud.
You don't read much, do you?

What is really sad is the fact that not a goddamn thing was done to fix this until it hit the news. I guess the problem is this group doesn't have a lobbyist in DC.
What is really funny is that fukking moron running the DoD has said they need to stop aggressively going after the money, but that they will, indeed go after it.....in a kinder, gentler, after the election sort of way, I suppose.
Fukk every last one of those parasite cocksuckers in DC.

The recruiters were acting on their own behalf to reach recruitment quotas. They had discovered a method to procure reenlistment bonuses for these various individuals which flew under the radar when it occurred. However, this has been going on for over a decade, it's just now that it became politically expedient to "fix" it. Cal Democrats, Boxer and Feinstein haven't been all that concerned with the problem until this past week because if the impact on this election.

mikey, you make it sound like the recruiters did this on their own, out of some slush fund. They did not. It really doesn't matter exactly who's fault it is. The fact remains that these solders signed a contract. That contract said they would get a bonus of X. End of story. Let the Army find the money somewhere. Maybe take it out of the Gi-Joe errrrr Joesephine errrr Joe tranny surgery budget.

You missed my point. I completely agree that they should be paid based on what they signed up for.
Whoever is or was at fault for the fuckup, it happened during Bush's second term. But go ahead and blame Obama for it, you guys are good at that.
The National Guard notified the GOP Congress two years ago. Again, obviously Obama's fault that they didn't act on it then.

If you'll g back and read my post, you'll see the only person I mentioned in particular is secdef as he is the guy running the department. I blamed the "parasite cocksuckers in DC" which, IMO is a bi-partisan slur. And yes, Barry is part of that and being HNIC should use one of them executive orders he likes to toss around and state that every last dime that was promised at the time the contracts were signed, is legal, that no further attempts to collect will be made and any funds that were collected, be paid back out, with interest.
And a special shout out to any Cal. reps/senators that were contacted and didn't immediately go to the media, as apparently, that is the only way to get shit done, other than bringing wheelbarrows full of cash to Hillary.
