He burnt Chapman out last night, then he pulls Lester who is just mowing people down.

I agree....should have left Lester in for one more guy.

Also, that shortstop drove for the ball when it wasn't necessary....routine ground ball should have been the 3rd out.

I don't think Chapman was gassed as he was throwing his usual 102 mph. He gave up his first homer in 4.5 months. That's October (November) baseball for you.

Lester was on cruise control. Chapman was burned the fukk out last night. Shouldn't have pitched him the ninth when they were up by 47 runs.

Props to the Cubs. Epstein and Madden pulled it off. The big winner is MLB. Not so sure if the Cubs will repeat. The way things are in baseball these days, players move on. We'll see.

Not a fan of either team but definitely an MLB fan, and happy to have seen history made last night. This was a great series to watch, and an awesome seventh game.

I thought Maddon was crazy to pull Hendricks so soon. He was cruising and a guy got on base on a bad ball/strike call - not his fault.

BTW...when are the Indians going to change their name to the Cardinal?

Seemed like there was an awful lot of that going on in this series, more so than in the regular season (or maybe I just notice them more in the postseason). But it didn't really favor one team or another, and evened out by the end.

This entire postseason was quite RACKable. Would have preferred to see the Cubs fans suffer for longer, but was still one of the better ones in recent memory.
