hard to know....OU gets fat running the ball on Big XII defenses but have struggled OOC against teams with a legit front 7.....here in the second half of Bob's tenure. also, Oklahoma may be the worst tackling team in the FBS. i am not overstating for effect....they are terrible. it is astounding the way OU can turn a 7 yard gain into 37 with a total whiff by a defender. as bad as Auburn is on O.....OU is on D.

Of please... OU's defense could tie both hands behind the backs of every player on D, and they'll still out-tackle Oregon by a wide margin.

Hell, despite perception, Oregon had one of the top offenses in FBS... you don't rack up 500 yards per game and go 4-8 without an extraordinarily bad defense.

Good thing We went and paid Brady Hoke a bunch of money to shore up the D.


Anyhoo -- the Sugar is a tough call. Will Dr. Jekyll Auburn or Mr. Hyde Auburn show up? My initial thought is OU smokes them easily, but things aren't always how they appear before the game. Been since the beginning of the season since OU has seen a nasty front 7 (which didn't go well). Been even longer since Auburn saw a QB who could throw the ball more than 5 yards (which didn't go well).
