and a boy had his eye gouged out, his penis cut off and forced down his throat, he was tied behind a car and dragged, he was garroted with barbed wire, and finally he was shot behind his right ear.

Then he was tossed over a cliff.

Yet people want to excuse her part in the murder.

The men who did it shot him because they claim he refused to say he was not their equal. They only meant to scare him -- through brutal pistol whipping -- but he refused to act like the nigggers they were used to. That"s when they admitted turning it up a notch.

At the trial they and their wives engaged in rather deep public displays of affection after the not guilty verdicts.

The woman who started it all confessed 10 years ago that she lied. And she still feels no true remorse. She continues to hide and won't have anything to do with his family.

That isn't the worst part to me. The worst part isn't even that his uncle gave him up without a fight, claiming he wasn't right in the head (and that's why he didn't know his place). It was that he wanted to go back home to Chicago and his aunt refused to let him leave.

Think about that. She claimed it was because she didn't think they would kill him. Bullshit. That's not how it works.

She kept that boy there because they were cowed, and if they gave up that child the rest would be left alone.

Straight slave quarters logic.

That boy died -- and his killers couldn't figure out why the good blacks refused to work for them anymore.

Meanwhile blood relatives still didn't have the decency to give his mother a head's up. She had to find out from the family of the other Chicago cousin staying there.
