Iran "on notice"

What does this mean?
From what I've seen of Trump and his actions thus far, Iran had better not fire off any more ballistic missiles capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.
If Iran ignores that warning, they may see a squadron of B-2 bombers, with appropriate escorts, on their horizon sooner rather than later. Their capability to rattle sabers will be severely curtailed. Same with N. Korea if they don't wise up.
I didn't want Trump to be POTUS, but this man says what he means and means what he says.
He does not fuck around with diplomacy or paint meaningless "red lines".
