You won't read it in the headlines because nothing happened.
The question is how to craft a reciprocity policy without destabilizing bilateral relations or triggering a retaliatory backlash against U.S. businesses in China.
I'd have someone draw up a white paper on the issue, have a seat gents. Coffee?
