Easily one of the top 5 wins in Syracuse program history. The only better wins my lifetime were Nebraska in 84 and West Virgina in 87. Wolfman probably remembers the Cotton Bowl win that clinched the MNC.

Props to ‘cuse on a YUGE win.
WAZZU is looking pretty vulnerable right now too.

So I fly Delta for the first time in like two years and what happens? Delays and cancellations. A reroute with two stops allowed me to see the ends of both games. Wow. Didn’t see either of those coming.
Decent flip into the end zone by the Cal player. He didn’t stick that landing though so points were deducted.

with the Wazzou success i was drafting my "once teams get a lot of film on Leach later in the year some DC comes up with a freakshow gameplan that slows down the Red Raiders/Cougars enough that not having a D catches up with them" argument.....but, i wasn't planning it for a couple weeks.
only 3 points? ouch.

The old adage around here has been don't bet against Thursday night home dogs. Make that Friday night home dogs as well.

Friday night should be for HS football anyway.

Rack Eric Dungey (the QB, not the shitty DB who couldn't get in the game in 4 years at Oregon and who has the shitty father).
Local guy (FUCK Glencoe High), who I'm sure Oregon State is kicking themselves for not recruiting, since they have no QB, and Dungey turned out to be pretty good.

Two days later I still can't believe Syracuse won this game. It's been 20 years of waiting for a quality win like this.
