How many messages do you receive in a day?

Have you thought about it, or has it evolved this way so gradually that you've hardly noticed it?
Having technology is supposed to make your life more simple, free and easy, yes?
It doesn't.
You are getting -----> MESSAGES <----- all the time.
So many important things people need to say to you, all day long.
And if you don't reply to them soon enough, they think you're a DICK.

I probably get 100 emails a day in my personal email. Not so many at work. Most of the personal ones are junk. Some that come every day, like Groupon, Expedia, some job sites, etc. Once a week or so I sort by sender and delete 90% of them unread. Easier that way than trying to unsubscribe. I figure some of those use the "unsubscribe" option to confirm that you're actually getting the email.
I almost never answer my phone anymore, unless it's somebody I know. If it's important they can leave a message and I'll call back. I use "Mr. Number" a lot on my cell phone, which will tell you if anybody else has reported that number as as spam, scam, fraud, etc. and you can block numbers using the app as well.
