One of which I was in last Saturday night. Headed to a rodeo (yeehaw) in Prineville, and we stopped for diesel. It is legal to pump your own DIESEL anywhere in the state. This is subject to the whims of the toothless meth monkeys who make their minimum wage. My son starts to get the pump out to fill his pickup and the meth monkey attendant says you can't do that. My son being the calm early 30's guy he is, says the fuck I can't homes, it is legal in the whole state. The meth monkey says I need to get the card reader to run your card to pay for it and then I can pump it for you. What ever just hurry the fuck up.

The whole thing is a joke, but you have to understand the U & L is light years behind most everything new.
