Something his father was smart enough to avoid, civil war, ISIS, total rebuild of infrastructure, etc.

What if that woman's family were the Shiite in southern Iraq that were hung out to dry by HW?

Desert Storm I was a textbook example of how to whoop someone's ass, but, HW fukked up by not finishing the job. He left Sadaam hanging by his fingernails. We could have rolled into Baghdad easily, installed someone that would unfukk the place and give him the support needed to do so. Had we done that thirty years ago and taken care of the fundy shitstains in Iran while we were there, maybe that part of the world wouldn't be the clusterfukk it is today.

I was in the military during desert storm and the common thought was if Sadam was removed, Iraq would be like it is today, in perpetual civil war. Sadam was a pos, but his style of cracking heads and kicking ass is the only thing the thugs understand.
