Not seeing this in my place of employment.
I've never seen it, but there were times when I was working o so long ago that it would've helped. When I'd get emails from persons with androgynous, foreign, or, um, ethnically diverse first names, I often wouldn't know the gender of the sender (poetic, aren't I?), which made responding to the correspondence a bit tricky. The simple way to resolve this would be for senders to identify themselves as Mr., Mrs., or Ms., but few would do that. I could never envision myself adding pronouns to my sig, but then again there are no females I know of with my (and your) first name.Roach wrote:Are you seeing this shit in people's email sigs?
Let's ask Arch Angel.Smackie Chan wrote: Is there a need to create new pronouns for those who identify as gender fluid?
