Bama books actual road non-conf game

The last time Bama played a road non-conf game was in 2011. But don’t worry, they have another one on the books in 2022.

For 11 seasons Bama will play a neutral site game and then 3 home non-conf games, including Nov FCS teams. That all changes in 2022 when they will travel to Austin to play Texas.

And y’all said they wouldn’t play a road game, pfftt, one every 11 years begs to differ.

Note that we are the visitor first on each of those home-and-homes.

Can you say “geographically challenged?”

And props to All-barn for scheduling a team tougher than Coastal Carolina.

WTF are you referring to?

Maybe back when Tuberville was padding his resume.

Maybe not for SEac teams or Bama, but for the rest of us they do, minus the occasional conference reshuffle.

Ok ya got me. But that is a pretty weak example in that they did each play in the others crib. Only the odd third game was cancelled.

On a related note, Oregon supposedly is going to open 2022 with Georgia in Atlanta.

Not sure why Oregon would fall for that again, since they're still paying for UGA cancelling the H&H with crappy replacement games.
