I think 3 games is a punishment that fits the 'crime' but Urban is a huge douche for a) originally lying to the media about his knowledge of this and b) doubling down on said lie after the investigation by going to the "I do not recall" card. They also double down and say he has had memory issues with “other things” where he has have extensive knowledge. So his not coming clean previously has now been painted as a defense here. Amazing.
