This is actually a pretty insightful skit. Dogs don't see ugly or handsome, or orange or brown, or blonde or brunette, or democrat or republican. They simply see a person for how they act toward them. So, Max likes President Trump? And why? Because of all the good things that are happening in the country. He lists a few of them, and he does not see anything beyond that. This makes me wonder if in an alternate universe all Trump's haters could (like Max) get past his petty, boorish, insensitive, arrogant, and crass behavior, and if they could get past his weird facial expressions and bizarre hairdo...would they see what Max sees? They'll never admit it, and there's no way to prove it, but I'll bet if Trump was a democrat (which he once was) and if looked and behaved like JFK, he could do exactly what he's doing now and the haters would be singing a much different song.

And if Meltspray dropped a few bills he wouldn't be a gluttonous POS

And if Suckaholic removed his head from his rear he'd be a pretty smart dude

And if Trump had even a shred of integrity he wouldn't be worthless walking colostomy bag he is

Three things:
1) I haven’t watched SNL for years because of their politicization of comedy.
2) The natural biased inclination of the writers of this skit is to assume that the half of the voters in the country who voted Trump in office are somehow either deranged, stupid, or misguided— or all three at the same time.
3) While funny and at points on target, you’ll notice that the writers never actually admit that their political worldview is skewed, leaving us to wonder if the dog owner ends up sending her dog to the pound or putting him to sleep.

Good thread, ‘Spray. RACK you.
