B…researched this for you, and found:

Five curious things about the new Aston Martin ad

1 The original photographer schedule to shoot the ad was a young man by the name of Clyde Witherspoon. Clyde did not show up for the shoot, and in his place was an unknown photographer who said his name was Dinsdale. Clyde was later found in the parking lot, bound and gagged, stuffed into the trunk of his Toyota. When Dinsdale was asked about this, he said, “They should’ve called me in the first place.”

2 Everyone is now asking, “What does her face look like?” This is becoming a part of the ad’s mystique. In fact, the model’s name is Elaine Frick, and she is well known among ad agencies. Her rates are a quarter of what other models charge. Front on and without her wig, it’s easy to see why: http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014/02/ ... 34x623.jpg

3 The copy for this ad was originally supposed to read, “Sloppy seconds have never looked better.” This idea was quickly nixed by the marketing VP at Aston Martin whose wife’s nickname in high school was “Sloppy Seconds.” He paid a writer to come up with the new copy, and the old writer was fired on the spot.

4 The rumor’s about the model’s thong are true. It has been confirmed that an onlooker named Softball Bat has admitted to paying an unprecedented amount in unmarked Korean currency for the used panties, provided they were given to him still warm and unwashed. He was seen racing to the men’s restroom with the panties in one hand and a Bible in the other.

5 Still unknown is why the model is wearing high heeled shoes, or what she is climbing into. When later asked, Elaine told us, “It was completely innocent. What kind of girl do you think I am?”

That fake ad would be much more believable if the person doing the photoshop knew how to spell "pre-owned."
