Ted Cruz is an ass hat. Period.

Sadly the other side has put up an Irish guy who is trying to pass himself off as Hispanic. Instead of calling him on his racial insensitivity they have chosen to look the other way. Dude also has criminal trespassing, burglary and dwi convictions.

He had charges for all.

Unlike most of us, he has the handy dandy "daddy is a judge" card in his wallet.

He's everything the dems claimed Kavanaugh was, minus perhaps being captain of the prep school rape team. The difference is, there's actual evidence with him.

Show me any evidence that he’s “trying to pass himself off as Hispanic.” I’ll wait for an answer offline.

What is your issue with Raphael?

I think his worst problem is he just looks like a child molester.

He at least talks a good game regarding being a Constitutional conservative. He's almost Rand Paul.

So you’re admitting for Lefty that he lied. I’m sure he’ll thank you for that.

That's difficult to prove. I'd have to know if he was drinking Mezcal or Jameson when he got pulled over for DWI.

Let's say he was born in Texas, picked up the nic-name as a kid, then went to Harvard and stayed. And today he was going after that other democrat who pretended to be something she's not.

Would his signs say Beto?

Fukk no.

He'd be Bobby O'Rourke. Although, if you spend any time in East Boston these days, you might think differently.

Is this "passing himself off as Hispanic?".

I guess it is....if you're Republican.

The other day I was listening to some democrat dipshit being interviewed who said "Cruz isn't hispanic. He was born in Canada. Beto is born and raised here".

And he did it with a straight face. Absolutely shameless.

A few facts.

Teduardo is in fact, 50% spic. Daddy was born and raised Cubano. Last I checked, that was part of the spic world. I find it a bit ironic that he used a drunken irish Senator nic-name. I guess it is because he was raised the way immigrants used to be raised, which is to forget about where you came from, you're /muhrican now.

As for Beto's motivation, who knows? I wouldn't want to go through life being called Bob. Perhaps he actually has used it as his preferred name. I am sure there has to be stuff to either support or disprove it, but, in the end, it really doesn't matter. I don't care for him because he is today's democrat, which is pretty much full on socialist and goes way out of it's way to suck hispanic/muzzie cahk.

If he were to go by "Bob" or "Robert" it would be like you running for office under anything but "Stupid."

Right, cause white Irish Americans use Hispanic nic names all the time. If this wasn't a candidate running under the Democrats label, every liberal would be up in arms about his insensitivety towards the Hispanic community. In this case he is the best chance the Dems have of winning a state wide election in decades, so they will look the other way.

Insensitive criminal, this is the best you can offer up Dems? Sad.

WGARA what most "white Irish American" families do? Are you completely conforming to what all other white cracker Texan families do? Don't bother answering, I think I can guess.

Funny how the "Hispanic community" seems to have no problem here. Do you claim to speak for these people of obviously lower intelligence and understanding than what you seem to possess?
Good thing there are so many intelligent, sensitive and concerned Republicans watching out for their well being. They apparently can't fend for themselves in this case. Without you they'd probably be fooled into thinking he's actually one of "them."

At least he speaks "their" language which, apparently, Rafael does not.

So you are one of the liberals giving him a pass. That's cool. Can't have a Supreme Court Justice who got drunk as a kid once, but a candidate for Senate who has a DWI and admits to his criminal past is fine.

Double speak much?

DWI convictions and being Irish go hand in hand. The only thing missing is the gay pride parade.

BTW...a lot of my Hispanic friends call me Miguelito (el Ratón).

Raphael speaks his language, English. I believe he can get by in Spanish as well. I seem to recall little Marco calling him out once during the primary and he answered in Spanish.

Anyway, for the time being, English is the official language. Ring conversant in another language is irrelevant.

That is the I suck at typing on my phone language.

It's bad enough I fat finger things badly. Then spellcheck joins for the pile on.

Is it possible to sue spellcheck for slander?

Okay so I just Googled poutine fire and turns out that there's a place that actually sets poutine on fire. I'm not sure how the gravy is going to taste after that.

Well this just got interesting.

I got a call from a conservative group here in Texas that I have donated money to in the past. The let me know that there has been a law suit filed against the “Irish guy posing as a Hispanic running for Senate.” Turns out it looks like Bey-Toe the Irish has had his campaign sending out unsolicited text messages and pre-recorded messages to cell phones across Texas.

These cell messages do not include a way to unsubscribe from them. The automated phone calls do not include a way to opt out of future calls, nor do they come from a number that you can call back and speak to a real person. All of these are apparently violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The act allows fines of $500 for each violation.

So back to the phone call I received, they asked me to keep any text messages from Bey-Toe the Irish to establish a claim if this lawsuit is granted class action status. They also asked me to document any phone calls received from the campaign from certain numbers to also help establish a claim. Finally they asked that I pass this info on to my friends and family to help them establish their claims if this is granted class action status.

The suit names Bey-Toe the Irish’s campaign, the Democratic Party of Texas, the Democratic Party of the US, 24 PACs, certain large private donors to Bey-Toe the Irish’s campaign and others. They are suing anyone who donated serious coin, which could have been used to help pay for these robo called recordings and text messages. The thought is you should swing wide cause ole Bey-Toe the Irish could just suspend his campaign a few days post election and try to skirt this. However, it is unlikely the Democratic Party of the State of Texas or of the US would suspend activity after the mid-terms.

Hopefully this will bring some real change to both sides when it come to unwanted phone calls and texts.

I agree with LS on this.

IMHO, all purveyors of unsolicited text, phone calls and emails should cease and desist immediately or be dismembered and beheaded (in that order) in a Saudi consulate, and then have their entrails burned in poutine fire.

Being captain of the rape team was a charge that was laughed off the news about 5 minute after it was made by that pornstar lawyer weasel.

I would start it off with poutine sauteing them first with a little garlic and habaneros. That should be mildly discomforting. Then do the dismembering, with a poutine cauterizing (can't have them lose consciousness from blood loss. Then maybe a little sodomizing and THEN the beheading.

Or how about chain them in a cell and have them proofread and post screwey's "thoughts".
