ND giving 20.5 to Pitt.

-ND is coming off of two tough games in a row
-ND played Pitt as an undefeated, top 5 team 3 times that I can remember. 1988 (30-20 ND win), 1989 (45-7 ND win), and 2012 (ND win in OT 29-26 that should have been a loss).
-Midterm week at ND, which typically leads to a sub-par performance.


The only thing that hedges my bet is that Pitt's passing offense is terrible. Book seems to have the offense humming, but ND typically doesn't cover monster spreads.

Take Tennessee 16..5.

Only thing more tedious than Alabama fan is Alabama fan who continually poor-mouths the Tide. No one will come within 20 points of Bammer this season until the playoffs.

not buying Mizzou. would not get anywhere near a Bama game.

Pitt and Tenn suck....i don't think i could take them.

You know, I was thinking a not-so-terrible betting strategy might be to latch on to the advice of a few different fans of teams who know their squads' tendencies and roster situations inside and out, but can also be objective with their analysis and predictions.

So, I'll take Pitt this Saturday and see how this plays out. :grin:
