Charlottesville car rammer found guilty of first-degree murder

The man who rammed his car into a crowd at the Charlottesville rally in 2017 where one counter-protester was killed and others injured has been found guilty of first-degree murder.

Suspect James Alex Fields was on trial for the death and injuries he is accused of causing when he drove his car into a crowd of counter-protesters.

His lawyer said in court that Fields was "scared to death" after the Unite the Right rally turned violent and clashes had broken out between protesters and counter-protesters, and they built their case around the claim that he was acting in self defense.

I think M1 is a bit of overkill.

His lawyer is right. This douche found himself in a bad spot, mainly because the city of Charlottesville completely fukked this up and it turned into a complete shit-show, by design, I think. They knew the Nazi assholes would be outnumbered and get their asses kicked.

This guy is a shitstain and the world is prolly a better place with him locked away, bu tif you look at the videos, you see his car being attacked BEFORE he plowed into that crowd. IMO, this pretty well throws M1 out the window.

I suspect some talented lawyer will take his appeal and M1 gets tossed. He should spend a decent stretch in the can, primarily for being a complete fukking moron.
