Sure, if you define the San Francisco area like you lumped the two quarterbacks from Texas together. It pretty much negates the act of linking them together by such a broad generalization. And yeah, I’m picking nits here.

San Mateo has not migrated to Marin Co. It is most certainly still on the same side of the GGB as SF.
An actual resident of the area would know this.
