Looks like the publisher of this poll went all PC up on it.

South Korea is in the third spot behind two city-states, but the ranking list them as 2nd. In fact the last country listed is 43rd. Guess they wanted to inflate the rankings some.

A little surprised Jamaica came in as low as it did. When I was a kid, there was a substantial Jamaican population in my area. They were generally pretty smart and everyone joked about how hard working and disciplined their parents were. Most of these folks came here during the 60-70s. I suspect that this was just everyone in the country worth a fukk, bailing out after Jamaica became independent of Britain. It pretty much fukked the country.

How the hell did the Italians pull the top white spot? Would have guessed Norway or some other Nordic country.
