No one ever checks there because you turned that forum into an outhouse of your cringe-as-fuck music.

But to be fair, your taste isn't as nauseating as Mikey's...

Marty, tell us what to like.
I am sure he’s a big fan of any of the great Russian composers from the Soviet era, such as......uhhhh....I’m sure there’s one or two.

If Marty says Arcade Fire, I'm jumping off this building at noon.
Uh, Marty.....

Such as one of the most esteemed composers of the 20th Century of any nationality, Dmitri Shostakovich? Broski didn't get along too well with the government, but he was indeed a Soviet.

I think Stravinsky would fit the description as well.

Rachmaninoff and Prokofiev also come to mind.

Tchaikovsky, although he is pre-20th century/Soviet Union. The 1812th Overture done properly with real cannons and church bells is truly something to be experienced.

Marginally. They did most of their "damage" pre-revolution.

But we can still laugh at Holic's inability to come up with any of those names.

While it's true that Stravinsky's most recognizable compositions came pre-revolution, all three of those guys did plenty of work post 1917. Stravinsky lived until 1971 and was quite active through the 60s.

Tchaikovsky is the best known, but well before the soviet era. And apparently a few did last into it.

I guess Shostakovich is the only one you could really categorize as soviet.

We should replace the tag for Cul de Smack (It's the 13th Anniversary for T1B - Fuckin' A) with this:
But we can still laugh at Holic

My guess? If it sounds like a tractor factory falling down the stairs, then Marty is down with it.
