A man threw a child over the third floor railing who then fell 40 feet to the floor at the Mall of America in Minnesota. The rumblings are that the man who committed the crime is an ISIS inspired Somali immigrant. His name may have been intentionally obsfucated or ignored to avoid the perception of anti-Muslim bias.
