Females (born that way and identifying as such) have filed a Federal Suit. They are claiming that allowing females who were born male but identify as female to compete as female is violating their rights under Title IX.

This should be an interesting case. Women fought long and hard for equal opportunities and now some see that being taken away. Title IX references male and female only. Federal funding is on the line here.

This is likely to create a rift between groups that often side together. Further it may put politicians in a delicate position if one side wants to hold their feet to the fire.

This should be interesting and have a bearing on future Federal funding.

I made a lot of money as a result of schools of all levels, mostly high school and colleges that had to comply with Title IX. The male sports would spend lots of money while the females had way less. I would pit the female sports against their administrations and invariably they would have to spend and I was happy to take it. In fact, I created a seminar about equal funding in sports, taught it to several hundred coaches and directors over the years, used it to get millions in work for my business, and I am going to now create on line content delivery of the seminar.
