Had an incredible day boating with friends on Friday. We left out of Stamford, CT and cruised over to the Sound and Glen Cove.

1st time we went past this it was surrounded by cop boats with lights flashing, but I think they were just trying to find out who was on board.

That obnoxious breakwater absolutely ruins the beaches of Connecticut. It does make it a nice place for boating though. I have been out on the sound a few times in a sailboat. It is a good time. If I still lived near the shore, I get a sailboat, but I am about 1.5 hours inland.
