It is a lynching. Obama was lynched harder and more repeatedly, though. Both sides are engaging in selective memory-holing.

Clinton was also repeatedly lynched for bullshit, but only because he couldn't be lynched on the real shit unless they wanted the entire nation to dissolve.

Am I supposed to be angry at Trump's choice of words, or his lack of acknowledging a past where what he described actually happened?

News flash, asswipe: Impeachment is a political act. The House can vote to impeach a president for any fucking reason it wants. The Senate can vote to remove him or her from office as well, but that is another story.
