On the other hand, anybody sending abusive or threatening PMs should be banned immediately. Especially if they’ve been asked to stop.

Both of those are in the eyes of the beholder. Gray areas. There are plenty of people who believe confidentiality is implicit in the very term 'private message'.

Either no PMs are to be posted, or all are fair game.

Bannings are at the discretion of the admins, for any reason or no reason.
