A lot of that should not have been put on House of Representative letterhead. A man who would have written the equivalent about his wife, on letterhead -- it just wouldn't happen.

If you're going to do it, write about the positive experiences you've had as a Representative. Write about your constituents. Make it a resume as well as a resignation. If you're going to be a fighter, fight for your constituents in your letter.

Or have someone draft it for you.
