They are buying plane tickets or bus fare for homeless and paying a years rent on other cities or states to get them out of NYC. Many of the places they send the homeless are slums and the people return to NYC. Great program there NYC and a great use of your citizens money. Oh and NYC isn’t letting the city where they are sending the homeless know they are coming.
