1.9% is kinda slow, but would have been about average, if not a bit above average for Obama's tenure.
Finally dealing with China has an effect.
The dems sitting on USMCA has an effect.
Also, healthy economies do have surges and pauses. It is what they do.
The bottom line is, we still have historically low unemployement. There has been wage growth which comes with it. Actual wage growth, not socialist pipedream wage growth by decree.

Who knows where it will be on any given date. But it was below 8,000 when I first added money to a 401K. It was below 10K when I purchased my first stock. For the long haul is the way to go when it comes to the market.
