Fixing the usual roast turkey and gravy. This year I’m experimenting with vegetarian stuffing (cooked outside the bird) for the daughter’s vegetarian BF. I also made a vegetarian flourless gravy last night that actually came out very tasty.

I’m usually so drunk and tired from being in the kitchen all day that I don’t really enjoy the meal. This year the kids are bringing a lot of the labor intensive side dishes (like mashed potatoes) so I might actually make it through this one.
