We drop our replay pagers and go directly to a waiting van. The van takes us back to our hotel where we shower and change back in our hotel rooms. A few schools, Western being one, put a case of beer in the van.

That is awesome! WMU runs a pro operation for MAC football. They used to bring the press box a case of beer for post game reporting after every game. Glad to hear WMU is taking care of its officials.

Maybe the rules are slightly different for HS & College, but I don't see a reference to that in this section of the NFL rules. I have a friend who refs and this came up recently, that is the only reason I new that much off the top of my head. :grin:
