Back in the 70's - it was actually a GOOD game. Guys were still trying to beat the shit out of each other. That is what football is SUPPOSED to be.

The Pro Bowl is a reward, and doesn't affect anything. It's retarded to get a season ending injury during the Pro Bowl when it won't help your team reach its goals -- but will make you lose money.

Maybe there are ways to jazz it up, by trying new shit. But not by killing each other.
