I think it's pretty clear that Uncle Joe will either be in full blown dementia or taken down from the Ukraine scandal. The question is who will get the nomination at the convention.

If the DNC even tries to snub Bernie Sanders in favor of Cuomo, millions of Bernie voters will either sit out or vote for trump. They will not tolerate any further shenanigans. Bernie's delegate count is massive.
