Cuomo asked him about the state of our elections thru history and now.
Biden says that we've been thru wars and epidemics, bad catastrophes etc.....and no way do we EVER cancel or postpone elections no matter what.

Then, Cuomo asks him how he thought he did in the Wisconsin primary last night. Because they couldn't get any data or exit polls due to the virus.

Biden said there never should have been an election last night.
They should've canceled it.

That's a lot to unpack.

- canceling an election due to anything is a bad precedent
- if an election must be cancelled, it should be for a very good reason
- canceling it without putting cdc recommendations in place is a conflicting message about the feasibility of cdc recommendations
- are our states coming up with contigencies for the future, where people aren't allowed to congregate?

You are right. It wasn't a complete ban. It allowed Americans to return home. It did allow some travel for those showing a particularly good reason. It banned Chinese nationals that just wanted to come here for tourism or whatever the fukk. And he was attacked by the left for it because, well, bcause they attack him for everything he does.

Looking back, it would have been better to completely lock it down, but what he did helped. Just ask the Euros.
