The guy that shot the video is William Bryan. According to the police report he is the witness to the burglary in progress. William Bryan is the one that alerted the father and son about the burglar. The hammer was most luckily stolen from the property under construction where our "jogger" was first spotted.

Georgia law says that you can make a citizens arrest if you witness a felony.
Georgia law says that if somebody tries to disarm you, you have the right to self defense.
