Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer issued an emergency declaration after the Edenville Dam and Sanford dams failed in
Midland County, forcing thousands of residents to immediately evacuate their homes on Tuesday.

Dow Chemical is directly in the path of the water.

I have no idea which Dow plant is affected.
Midland.

I tried searching for what is made there, but with DC having around 200 plants it's difficult for a layman to nail down what that particular plant produces.

Well I am generally not for bailouts. However in this case a government owned damn caused the issues. Pretty sure the government should make them whole.
